Andrea Bowen is an American actress from America. Her career began by appearing in Broadway programs like Les Miserables, The Sound of Music and The Sound of Music. The year 2004, she was performing the part of Julie Mayer on the ABC comedy-drama Desperate Housewives, a role she played on a regular basis until the year 2008. Julie Alexandra Mayer was born to Susan Delfino, and Karl Mayer. Growing up Julie was the perfect daughter for Susan she was frequently viewed as a mother figure of their marriage when she cleaned, cooked and even gave her mother dating advice. Andrea Bowen played Amy in Season 5 of Station 19 episode All I Need for Christmas is You. Andrea Majanik Bowen and Melanie Somjen Frazer got married in St. Stephen and the Incarnation Episcopal Church on Capitol Hill in Washington.
